Daiyou Kin is a partner at our Osaka office who specializes in business revitalization, insolvency, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He is also a prominent expert in East Asian legal matters, having spent two years (2013–2015) training and working at premier law firms in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Seoul. This international background allows him to provide seamless legal support for domestic and cross-border issues involving Japan, China, and South Korea.

In the field of insolvency and business revitalization, Daiyou has an extensive track record as both a court-appointed trustee and a counsel for debtors in civil rehabilitation and private restructuring cases. His expertise spans various sectors, including retail, hospitality, publishing, and manufacturing. His M&A practice is equally robust, advising on domestic transactions as well as complex investment projects between Japanese and South Korean entities.
