ご挨拶

香港法廷弁護士(Barrister)としてキャリアをスタートし、さらにニューヨーク州弁護士資格を取得したのち、当事務所にフォーリンカウンセルとして入所しました。

国際商事仲裁および国際紛争解決（例えば香港と日本の間のクロスボーダー案件）の分野において豊富な経験を有し、当事務所の紛争解決および仲裁業務の強化に尽力しています。また、香港法に関するリーガル・オピニオンを日本のクライアントや弁護士向けに提供することが多く、日本を含むクロスボーダー案件において依頼を受けています。さらに、台湾や日本の裁判手続きなど、各国の訴訟における使用を目的とした法律意見の提供にも携わっています。

弁護士実務のみならず、英国仲裁人協会（CIArb）のフェローを務めるほか、京都の同志社大学の非常勤講師として国際法と国際機関、国際人権法などの講義を担当しています。また、積極的な研究活動にも取り組み、外交と国際公法についての学術的探究を続けています。
